What does Vault Games expanding mean for you?

In case you missed the news last week, our company from the “powered by” part of our name is expanding with a second location next month. This adds some awesome things to what we can offer at TCG Singles which will be happening as soon as the store opens. Here’s a run down on some questions you may have…

Will I be able to drop off buylists?

Yes. If you’ve submitted a buylist to us, you’ll still be able to send it in or drop it off at the Brisbane City store, but you’ll also be able to drop it off at the new Clayfield store and it’ll make its way to TCG Singles head office via the store’s usual stock transfers.

Will I be able to buy singles at the new store?

Yes. There will be a kiosk available at Clayfield for you to peruse the entire inventory and place an order, but there will be a 48 - 72 hour wait for your order to arrive. Due to the complexities of the system we use, the entire inventory will be remaining at the head office, and this is where the team will be working from.

Once your order is placed, if the order is set as “pickup from Clayfield”, it will get transferred in the next stock transfer, otherwise you can always opt to pick it up yourself from the Brisbane store, or have it shipped to you.

Will there be a chance to buy, trade, and sell in person?

Yes! The TCG Singles team will be running a monthly Buy & Trade Event at Clayfield. Once a month on a Saturday, you’ll be able to bring in your collection to be valued and possibly purchased on the spot by the TCG Singles tea. Our inventory will be there too meaning you can buy and walk away with the cards immediately. You’ll also be able to meetup with other like-minded collectors and trade in store too!
