Thank you for visiting and shopping at TCG Singles: Powered by Vault Games. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Shipment Processing Time

All orders, if the item was in-stock at the time of purchase, are processed within 2 business days of the order being placed.

Preorders are processed in a timeframe that allows for the product to arrive on or after the release date.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Orders are shipped at a flat rate of $9 with tracking via Sendle. 

Orders are shipping in a bubble mailer with the cards housed in rigid top-loaders or hard plastic card cases, depending on the quantity of cards ordered.

TCG Singles: Powered by Vault Games DOES NOT ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. 

Returned deliveries will be cancelled and refunded minus a shipping charge equal to the amount paid by TCG Singles: Powered by Vault Games to ship the item or our standard $9 shipping charge, whichever is higher, if delivery is attempted to a PO Box or Parcel Locker and the order is returned.

STORE CREDIT USE ONLY free shipping lines are only available to customers placing an order using $60 of their available store credit or more. Orders using this shipping method when not eligible for it will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you feel your order has been significantly delayed, please contact us at https://singles.vaultgames.com.au/pages/contact-us.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

TCG Singles: Powered by Vault Games is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

You must let us know within 48 hours of your order arriving if it has been damaged in transit. If your order has been damaged in transit, please do the following:

  • Contact us at https://singles.vaultgames.com.au/pages/contact-us
  • Take photos of the damage to the product, and any damage on the shipping carton/satchel (we may ask for these once you have contacted us)
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
  • Products purchased knowingly damaged (i.e. through a clearance or damaged items sale) will not be eligible for compensation or replacement.
